Stay out of direct sunlight and apply an SPF of 30 or higher.
For the next 48 hours, avoid excessive heat sources such as saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers, as well as intense sweating.
Adopt a gentle skincare routine, refraining from products with exfoliating agents and retinoids for at least 48 hours.
